I Cried

I cried
A great big girl’s blouse of a cry
As a chunk of my soul died
I cried
At the almost wanton forfeiture of a friendship so dear
How could I have been so selfish as to burden you with my woes when yours so clearly pained you?
I cried
At the loss of a nature so sweet and beauteous that would no longer light my existence
My troubled mind had let me down with an unforgiveable clumsiness
I cried
And I cry still

  1. Others are not able to heal you. You must heal yourself from within. Find your inner strength from meditation or God. I wish you well on your journey.
